This is the original type M logic board for the June 04 (mid 04) model of PowerMac G5. This logic board is compatible with the 2.0GHz Dual processors.

To confirm that you have a Type M logic board you will need to extract the EEE code from the serial number on the logic board. This number is usually written on a white label either to the left of the PCI graphics card slot, or behind the central fan in the bottom compartment. The EEE number consists of the 3 digits before the last number. (eg: XXXXXXXEEEX) Version 2 has an EEE code of either R3H or RQP
