This is the original type L Version 2 logic board for the June 04 (mid 04) model of PowerMac G5. This board is compatible with the V1 and V2 processors. This board is a replacement for the Type L V1 logic board.

To confirm that you have a V2 Type L logic board you will need to extract the EEE code from the serial number on the logic board. This number is usually written on a white label either to the left of the PCI graphics card slot, or behind the central fan in the bottom compartment.
