This is the original type H logic board for the June 04 (mid 04) model of PowerMac G5. It is advisable to only swap like for like with these logic boards.

To confirm that you have a Type H logic board you will need to extract the EEE code from the serial number on the logic board. This number is usually written on a white label either to the left of the PCI graphics card slot, or behind the central fan in the bottom compartment.
