Recommended to only swap like for like. To confirm which logic board you have you will need to look at the serial number on the processor unit and note down the EEE code. To find the EEE code, look at your serial number on the processor unit (not the machine serial number) The EEE code is the 9th, 10th and 11th character of the 12 digit number (e.g. XXXXXXXXEEEX)

Please note: When fitting this part, the processors will need to be re-calibrated with a software tool provided by apple. This disk cannot be bought, but as part of this product, we will supply the necessary tool. But it will have to be returned back to us after the repair is complete.
