Apple original 2-slot PCI riser board for the PowerMac/Performa 5400/5500, 6300/6360 and 6400/6500. It allows two standard PCI cards to be installed in Macs with a PCI slot but no headroom for a two standard cards. Does not include the metal support bracket which is available separately.
