Apple original 1-slot PCI riser board for the PowerMac/Performa 5400/5500, 6360 and 6400/6500. Not suitable for the Twentieth Anniversary Macintosh (TAM) as the PCI slot is not high enough to clear the logic board. It allows a single, standard PCI card to be installed in Macs with a PCI slot but no headroom for a standard card.
