Fully tested, active matrix (TFT) 9.5-in greyscale LCD display for the PowerBook 540 with 16 levels of grey and a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. This B-grade panel will suffer from mild to moderate tunnelling which is where the image gradually darkens from the corners in the longer the display is on. The affects almost every greyscale TFT display from this era and is not repairable.
